The Logo of the World Exhibition Praga 2008 is Introduced
The creator of the logo for the World Exhibition of Postage Stamps is Prof. Jan Solpera. His domain is work with script, book design, commercial art and graphic design. A participant at the Toyama Triennial, in 1999 he was selected by the IBC in Cambridge as being among the two thousand most important designers of the 20 th century. In 2003 he was the creator of the most beautiful Czech postage stamp. He lives and works alternatively in Prague and Třeboň. He has also been a professor at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague.
