Granting of the patronage of the FIP for the PRAGA 2008 exhibition
On the occasion of the ESPANA06 World Exhibition of Postage Stamps in the Spanish city of Malaga on 13 October 2006, the 69th Congress of the FIP was held. In the name of the Union of Czech Philatelists and the Organization Committee, the chairman of the Organization Committee, Mr. Vít Vaníček, introduced the PRAGA 2008 exhibition, its location, the scope of the competition classes and its capacity. At the same time he requested that the Congress grant the patronage of the FIP. The success of the presentation of the exhibition is shown, among other things, by the fact that FIP patronage was approved unanimously.
